Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between helbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers an account with, accesses, or otherwise uses the helbet platform available at helbet.net. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet, wager, or game stake on helbet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

helbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, helbet will notify registered players via the platform or by email. Continued use of the helbet platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from your use of the helbet platform that cannot be resolved through helbet's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. By using the helbet platform, you consent to this dispute resolution mechanism.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. helbet makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. If you are accessing helbet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

Section 2

Account Registration

To access the full range of helbet's services — including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and crash games — you must create a registered helbet account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the eligibility requirements set out below. helbet reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Eligibility Requirements

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. helbet enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to have been created by an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be confiscated pending further review.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) helbet account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a third party — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify helbet immediately if any of your registered details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by helbet or by any third-party responsible gaming authority, at the time of registration or at any time during your use of the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who lack legal capacity to contract may not register or use the helbet platform.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

helbet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at helbet's discretion at any time during your account's lifetime, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. These may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued National ID card, passport or driving licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and confirmation of your payment method (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by helbet may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of your account. helbet's KYC process is conducted in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

Section 3

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the helbet platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). helbet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals processed via supported payment methods. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their respective fee schedules. helbet is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on helbet is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit Credit Time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your helbet account within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes during business hours.
• Deposit Restrictions: helbet reserves the right to refuse any deposit, or to request additional verification before crediting a deposit, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity verification.
• Processing Time: For verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. helbet may request additional verification if you request a withdrawal to a different payment method.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the helbet cashier. Limits may vary based on account tier and verification status.

Section 4

Bonus Policy

helbet offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, free spins campaigns, BPL and IPL cricket betting promotions, Eid special offers, and Pohela Boishakh seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings awarded by helbet are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. As a general principle, wagering requirements on helbet range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity window, after which any unused bonus funds will be forfeited.

• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Refer to the individual promotion page for the applicable contribution table.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While completing a wagering requirement, the maximum permitted stake per spin or bet is ৳500 unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus wagering period may be voided.
• Bonus Abuse: helbet reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the systematic exploitation of promotional terms — is detected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one deposit bonus may be active on a helbet account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Only the cash balance resulting from completed wagering is eligible for withdrawal.

Section 5

User Obligations

By registering and using a helbet account, you accept the following obligations. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the security of all players, and the fairness of the gaming environment that helbet maintains for every registered user.

• Accurate Registration Data: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during account registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helbet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• Personal Use Only: Your helbet account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other individual to access, operate, or place bets through your account. You may not operate your account on behalf of any third party.
• 18+ Age Compliance: You confirm that you are aged 18 or above and that you will immediately cease using the helbet platform if you become aware that you no longer meet this requirement. You must not attempt to register on behalf of, or provide access to, any individual under the age of 18.
• Lawful Source of Funds: All funds deposited to your helbet account must originate from a lawful source. You confirm that you are not depositing funds derived from illegal activity and that your use of the helbet platform does not violate any law applicable to you.
• Responsible Gaming Compliance: You acknowledge helbet's responsible gaming tools and agree to use them if you feel that your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic. You accept that helbet may impose limits or restrictions on your account in the interest of responsible gaming, without prior notice.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the helbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Match Fixing and Corruption: You must not place bets on events where you have any inside knowledge of, or have participated in any scheme to influence, the outcome. helbet cooperates with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies to detect and report suspicious betting patterns.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: You must not use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits. Initiating a chargeback on a helbet deposit without legitimate grounds constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and debt recovery proceedings.
• Multiple Account Operation: Registering or operating more than one helbet account — including through the use of alternate identities, VPNs, or proxy services — is strictly prohibited.
• Automated Software: The use of bots, artificial intelligence tools, automated betting scripts, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the helbet platform or its other players is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players — including in live casino games, poker formats, or any multiplayer game format — is prohibited and will be investigated as a serious breach of these Terms.
• Hacking and Interference: Any attempt to access helbet's systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform, is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Knowingly facilitating access to the helbet platform for any individual under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

Section 7

Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your helbet account at any time by contacting the support team via in-platform live chat. Before processing a voluntary account closure, helbet will verify your identity and ensure that all pending transactions — including open bets and pending withdrawals — have been settled. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification.

Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) should use the dedicated self-exclusion tool available in Account Settings, or request a self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion closures are processed with heightened priority and will be applied immediately upon request.

Closure by helbet

helbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected engagement in fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request or a court order requiring account closure.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

Where an account is closed by helbet due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and funds derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited in full. Real-money balances not implicated in the breach will be returned to the verified payment method subject to AML review.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

The helbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While helbet makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, accuracy of odds, and correct game functionality, helbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

• Platform Interruptions: helbet shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, missed bets, or financial disadvantage resulting from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical outages, provided that helbet takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• Odds and Game Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or bonus calculations caused by a technical fault, helbet reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Players will be notified of such corrections.
• Internet Connectivity: helbet is not responsible for connection failures, data losses, or service interruptions caused by your internet service provider, mobile network operator, or device. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable connection when placing bets or playing games.
• Third-Party Services: helbet integrates with third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt) and payment processors. helbet is not liable for any errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating from these third-party systems, though helbet will work with providers to resolve reported issues promptly.
• Financial Losses from Gambling: Gambling involves inherent financial risk. helbet is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through your use of the platform. You acknowledge that all bets are placed voluntarily and that gambling losses are not recoverable from helbet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, helbet's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
